For $55, enjoy a main of spring Ranfurly lamb rump with charred eggplant, Greek yoghurt, pomegranate, parsley and almond salad, accompanied by a side of roasted root vegetables with maple, mustard dressing.
For your second course, be delighted by a lemon posset dessert with orange cake, mandarin and shortbread.
To top the meal off, a wine match of Craggy Range Te Kahu Merlot / Cab Sauvignon / Cab Franc / Malbec is included in the price of your festive two-course dinner.
