Formerly known as Mizu Bread, ANO-NE Bread & Matcha continues to bake with the same heart and dedication—now with a fresh name and a renewed sense of warmth.
“Anone” (あのね) is a tender Japanese expression, much like saying “Hey, you know…” at the start of a heartfelt conversation. It reflects the closeness and care that goes into every loaf and roll baked each morning.
At the heart of their offering is the beloved Shio Pan—a salted butter roll that remains a staple, now available in an expanded range of flavors. Each morning, ANO-NE fills their shelves with freshly baked shio pans, handmade onigiri, and stuffed sandwiches. Pair your pick with a smooth cup of Espresso Workshop coffee or cozy up with a soothing matcha latte.
