Sunshine, sailing and signature G&T's by Fever-Tree and Bombay Sapphire - what better way to spend an afternoon than on Auckland's waterfront at the new Wynyard Pavilion G&T Garden.
Auckland's Wynyard Pavilion, Steinlager’s Official Supporter’s Bar of Emirates Team New Zealand, has opened the new pop up at Wynyard Quarter until March for patrons to enjoy while watching America's Cup racing.
Located at the entrance of the Pavilion, the English garden-inspired space has two big screens to watch the sailing, a retractable sunroof to catch the afternoon sun and a dedicated bar with garnishes grown on-site to create your own signature Gin and Tonic. Over Summer, the pop up will host a list of local DJ's to enjoy while relaxing in the courtyard.
Head to the bar and pick your choice of Bombay Saphire Gin and mix with your favourite Fever-Tree tonic or soda, topped with garnishes picked from the on-site garden. Top tipple of the season is the all-new Bombay Bramble, a Blackberry and Rasberry infused Gin perfectly paired with Fever-Tree Lemon tonic and garnished with summer berries.
Wynyard Pavilion is open Tuesday - Friday, 11.30 am until late and weekends from 8.30 am to late.
