Introducing Wines of Power & Elegance - an intimate dining experience in conjunction with Botswana Butchery ad the award-winning St Hugo wines and Chief Winemaker, Peter Munro.
St Hugo has built a legacy crafting fine wines from two of Australia’s critically acclaimed winemaking regions; The Barossa and Coonawarra. Both individually unique sites have earned reputations for producing some of the world’s finest wines and St Hugo is renowned consistently for producing this definitive wine style. The St Hugo house style is about crafting wines with a balance of both power and elegance.
Peter will take you through the iconic history of St Hugo, highlighting one of the key winemaking pioneers in the Barossa, Hugo Gramp, and his connection to St Hugo wines.
The first time a St Hugo winemakers’ dinner has been hosted in New Zealand, and we are thrilled to partner with Botswana Butchery.
Join us for a showcase of the Barossa with the iconic range of St Hugo Wines presented by Executive Winemaker Peter Munro, paired with an expertly crafted menu by Botswana Butchery’s Head Chef Mark Gillespie.
