Hosted by Cloudy Bay winemaker Nikolai St George, The Hotel Britomart fine wine director David Nash and The Libraries executive chef Andrew Lautenbach, you'll also taste the new-release Chardonnay and fan favourite Pelorus & Pelorus Rosé all matched to dishes crafted by Andrew and the culinary team at The Hotel Britomart.
