Truffle season is coming, and kingi are going all in!
On Thursday 31 July, these jewels of the earth will be celebrtated with a one-night-only dinner at kingi, starring both black and white truffles. Think four courses (bread included, of course) where truffle takes the lead, including a dessert that proves truffles belong at every stage of a meal.
Joining in for the evening is Jax Lee-May from Kings Truffles, kingi's incredible supplier and resident truffle expert. She’ll be there to talk black and white truffles, share a few secrets, and help you fall even deeper in love with these delicacies.
Kings Truffles is a family-run operation from North Canterbury, known for their BioGro certified organic truffles, truffle butter, and all-around dedication to the good life. Jax grew up in the truffle game and now manages over 4,000 trees, multiple farms, and a team of expert truffle-hunting dogs. She’s as passionate as they come and loves nothing more than sharing her passion with fellow food-lovers.
Seats are limited and truffles wait for no one.
