A slice of the South is coming to Princes Wharf with Euro’s latest delicious degustation experience on Thursday 4 October.
A Taste of Southern New Zealand with Mt. Difficulty wines is a celebration of the South Island’s finest fare (as well as extravagant ingredients like 23k gold). At just $135 per person, the six-course menu is a road trip for the taste buds.
It starts with all-time Kiwi favourite, the Whitebait sandwich (with a Euro twist of course), and journeys through five more creative dishes, including: Southland turbot with green grapes, nashi pear, yuzu oil and buckwheat, Canterbury duck, duck liver parfait, 23k gold, rotisserie pineapple and brioche; Te Mana lamb with tamarillo ketchup, beetroots, curds and whey; Wild shot red deer paired with macadamia nut, cacao nib, pickled blueberries; and Central Otago apricot upside down cake, rosemary, yoghurt and bee pollen.
Each course is matched with Mt. Difficulty wines.
