The optional drinks experience is $75 per person for Standard or $120 per person for Premium, featuring signature cocktails and Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
Savour Te Matuku oysters, house-made flatbread with coconut butter, green-lipped mussels and a seafood platter made for sharing.
Standard | $75 per person: Mimosas, Bellinis, Aperol Spritz, Prosecco, selected wines, tap beer and soft drinks.
Premium | $120 per person: Sima and Rawene cocktails, Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, selected wines, tap beer and soft drinks.
Includes 90 minutes of drinks. Food is ordered separately from the à la carte Spring Brunch menu.
