Knock it out of the park this summer in Auckland’s very own, pop-up batting cage.
Come to Silo Park in Wynyard Quarter this January and February and have a go in one of their two outdoor batting cages where you can test both your ability at bat and the speed of your pitch.
It costs $2 to try both cages and there are plenty of bats and balls to go around and is great fun for anyone aged 6+.
On the weekends you can also pick up some ballpark fare from the Silo Markets, and kick back on the mini-grandstand and cheer the home team.
To cap it all off there will be a special screening of the classic baseball film Field of Dreams on Friday 17 February at the Silo Cinema.
