This summer, Mumm are proud to be offering their exclusive RSRV Champagne pairing masterclasses in their custom-built RSRV Private Suite on the second level of their Mumm Yacht Club, right in the heart of the America’s Cup Race Village.

Hosted by Mumm’s Champagne Brand Ambassador, and generally reserved for a close circle of insiders, RSRV champagnes epitomise the excellence of terroir and savoir-faire.
Starting with a glass of Mumm RSRV Blanc De Blancs 2014, guests for these exclusive sessions will experience the full suite of the RSRV Champagne cuvée family. Each glass is perfectly paired with a culinary delight from the three-course menu.
RSRV is a reference to the mark used by Cellar Masters meaning ‘ReSeRVed’, to select and identify the best of the best wines with each pairing dish carefully curated by a New Zealand culinary chef to showcase the different notes of the range.
