Rock Follies Forever is an ode to the fabulousness of the cult British TV series Rock Follies, a show chronicling the ups and downs of three fierce women climbing the ladder to success in the macho world of 1970’s rock.
Featuring original songs from the TV show (penned by Roxy Music’s Andy MacKay), alongside a glams election of stonking mega-hits of the era, think Ziggy Stardust, Suzi Quatro and T. Rex.
Performed by three legends of New Zealand entertainment — Jackie Clarke, Laura Daniel, and Jennifer Ward-Lealand — and backed by a brilliant band led by keys maestro Grant Winterburn.
