Vivace's annual long lunch with Paolo Pancotti returns!
Vivace Restaurant and Paolo Pancotti invite you to come and dine at this long afternoon of Tuscan dining. You'll begin with a drink on arrival before moving on to savour a lavish 5 course lunch prepared by chef Paolo Pancotti.
Paolo is an award-wining chef who began his career in Italy's first three Michelin Star restaurant, before cooking his way through the best kitchens in Tuscany and throughout Asia, the USA and Australia. Since moving to New Zealand in 2008, Paolo has garnered a loyal following in Hawke's Bay with his simple, honest food. Paolo is the winner of the Maiami Creek Outstanding Chef in the 2010 Hawke's Bay Hospitality Awards.
