Since 2007, Chris and Jill have been crafting exquisite raw milk cheeses at their boutique dairy factory in Katikati. Drawing inspiration from age-old recipes and methods, they have revitalized raw milk cheesemaking in New Zealand, resulting in cheeses that boast a rich and nuanced flavor profile.

Buttery blue, earthy cheddar, and smooth red Leicester will be tasted at this casual evening created for lovers of great cheese, wine, art and design. Join Jill and Chris for an informal discussion while savoring a three-course cheese experience meticulously curated by our executive chef, Andrew Lautenbach.
