Make-A-Wish New Zealand is on a mission to make dreams come true for awesome kids aged 3-18 facing critical illnesses all across New Zealand.

Mark your calendar for November 23rd, between 10 am and 12 pm, as they'll be setting up a stand at The Hive, 205 Queen Street. During this time, donations will be accepted with both eftpos and cash options, and complimentary coffee will be provided!

The goal is to raise $20,000, aiming to fulfill the wishes of four critically ill Kiwi children:

  • Kayin (17), facing a genetic disorder affecting his heart, eyes, blood vessels, and bones, dreams of a new gaming PC to play with friends and escape the challenges of medical procedures.
  • Sarah (7), battling acute and chronic leukaemia, dreams of transforming her room into a special Hello Kitty-themed space, bringing joy after enduring chemotherapy and hospital stays.
  • Teewei, (17) fighting leukaemia, wishes for a PlayStation 5 and headset to connect with friends while confined at home due to treatments.
  • Grace (7), undergoing leukaemia treatments, dreams of an Auckland adventure weekend with her family, exploring Rainbows End, Butterfly Creek, and Kelly Tarlton's Penguin Encounter after months of hospital stays and chemotherapy.

We're excited to share that our generous partners at Roxy-CES (NZ) Ltd have committed to matching any donations made from November 22nd to 23rd, up to the value of $10,000.

So, swing by for a free coffee, join the fun, and let's make a huge impact together. Bring joy and hope to these deserving children!
