Ellen Melville has started lunch time vinyasa yoga classes every Wednesday from 12:15pm - 1:15pm.
Classes are accessible for people new to yoga as well as those developing their practice. A typical session includes breathing, movements for mobility and an energising flow to build strength and stability. We end with a short savasana (calm relaxation) to calm our body and mind.
No experience required. Bring your own mat and your comfy clothes.
There's no need to register and payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day. If you attend 6 Ember Yoga classes, your 7th class is free.
