Step into spring: Viaduct Harbour’s Market Square comes alive with Harbour in Bloom!
Auckland’s premier waterfront destination, Viaduct Harbour, bursts into bloom with a beautiful new seasonal activation, Harbour in Bloom, transforming Market Square into a vibrant floral garden oasis.
Immerse in the spirit of the season from Friday to Saturday from 12pm - 4pm over the next two weekends. A lush floral garden installation and a pop-up kiosk provide the perfect spot to soak up the sun, relax among the blooms, and enjoy the marina atmosphere.
Harbour in Bloom at Market Square
Enjoy handcrafted seasonal treats from the Harbour in Bloom Kiosk, created by Park Hyatt’s Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat — including iced oat strawberry matcha, berry garden spritz, and spring-inspired pastries.

Get a free floral bouquet
To sweeten the experience, Viaduct Harbour is also partnering with local floral design studio Isadia, with the first 30 customers each day receiving a complimentary spring floral bouquet with any kiosk purchase.
Harbour in Bloom Afternoon Tea

Park Hyatt extends the celebration of spring with its Harbour in Bloom Afternoon Tea. Begin with a strawberry and matcha cocktail on arrival, followed by a bespoke spring menu that artfully balances savoury and sweet creations.
