Contemporary dancer, poet and novelist Tishani Doshi delivers a stunning dance and spoken word performance, developed from her Ted Hughes Prize shortlisted poetry collection Girls Are Coming Out of the Woods, which was described by the Guardian as the ‘anthems of a generation’. Exploring themes of the female body, violence, and the Indian narrative, the performance will be followed by a short conversation with Sapna Samant.
