Take a tour of 18th century London – an age of love, sex, intellect, art, great ambition and fantastic ruin that changed expectations of what life could be - with social historian Lucy Inglis, author of the GeorgianLondon blog and the book Georgian London: Into the Streets. From dukes and artists to rent boys and hot air balloonists; from the workshops of Soho, madhouses of Hackney and mean streets of Cheapside to the gilded drawing rooms of aristocrats and the quiet avenues of the middle classes, came a legacy in architecture and art, science and society which ‘made’ the capital city of today.
$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more.
