What makes the local caviar season special?
Handcrafted in small batches at the start of the season and available for a fleeting moment in time, Freshwater King Salmon Caviar creates prized pearls known for a vibrant, crisp and moreish taste. The caviar is carefully harvested from specially-selected salmon thriving in pristine alpine waters of South Island’s Mackenzie Country.

A gastronomic immersion
The entire menu—including SO/ Auckland’s very own caviar—has been designed to showcase the best, and most unique. Crafted by Chef Roy Giam, who has been a Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Caviar champion since inception, the menu will be immersive, indulgent and one-of-a-kind.

Parking: There are plenty of after-hours parking in Britomart and around Gore Street. SO/ Auckland can valet cars for $55 an evening.
