Join the APO for this free community concert inspired by Ao Tūroa the natural world of Aotearoa.
How can music represent the natural world around us? Can you make the call of the kiwi on a contrabassoon?
They will explore Ao Tūroa the natural world of Aotearoa including exciting new works inspired by New Zealand’s flora and fauna from composers Ryan Youens and Chris Adams written with this in mind. With music from Disney’s Moana and Ladyhawke’s hit song River, there will be something for all the whānau.
This is a free concert.
$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more.
