Join Oaken for this very special dinner event on Thursday 2 March starting at 5.00pm. 

Oaken’s talented culinary team have teamed up with gin partner Sipsmith Gin for a fantastic lunch event that includes two set lunch menu’s that will be paired with a Sipsmith Gin cocktail. 

Check out the ‘Baron Pamplemousse” cocktail which includes Sipsmith London Dry Gin, East Imperial Grapefruit tonic, Bitterness Hopped Grapefruit Bitters, dill and fresh grapefruit and will be paired alongside Kingfrish Crudo, messa de pimentao, fennel pollen, and black olives. 

There’s also the “Red Snapper” which includes Horse radish and celery infused Sipsmith London Dry Gin, clarified tomato water and chervil and which is paired with Fresh Te Matuku oysters and horseradish migonettte. 

Both dining options are available for $20.00.
