The ReCreators are delivering a skills-based Xmas gifts workshop to empower communities to make and give unique and beautiful gifts by upcycling rather than buy new.  There is a joy from making and receiving something truly personally while helping our planet and pocket by reusing materials that already exist.  

The activity stalls are:

  • Jewellery Making - braiding and beads
  • Woodwork - Robots, Bird Feeders, Planter Boxes
  • Eco Pamper Packs - learn DIY bath and body recipes
  • Sewing -Make a cute Ruru toy or a Stocking

Location: Auckland Central Library, Lorne Street
