With shops open until 8pm on December 16, 17 and 23 you can peruse the many luxury stores and boutiques on offer in the Britomart area without having to worry about the time.
There will also be the Britomart Live Music Sessions taking place from 5.30pm - 7pm on these nights, so you can enjoy students from the School of Music at the University of Auckland performing live in Takutai Square into the evening.. While you're here for your late night shopping, don't miss the Christmas Light Show in Te Komititanga just a short stroll away, taking place every evening at 8.45pm. The large scale projected light show will illuminate the entire Chief Post Office (CPO), spanning 55 metres wide and 32 metres high. Each evening it will take audiences on a delightful festive journey, bringing the spirit of wonder and joy to the heart of the city and allowing people to safely reconnect outdoors and immerse themselves in the spirit of Christmas.
