New Zealand’s top electronic exports, Chaos In The CBD, return to Auckland for a special hometown show.
Undoubtedly one of the top propositions in global house music right now, Louis and Ben ‘Beans’ Helliker-Hales (aka Chaos In The CBD) have been part of London’s tight knit dance community for over ten years but still retain a love for coming back to where it all started.
After growing up on Auckland’s North Shore, the pair cut their teeth watching local legends like Soane, Dick Johnson, Bevan Keys, Greg Churchill and Recloose before making the jump to London. They went on to release with Bradley Zero’s Rhythm Section and revered Japanese imprint Mule Musiq before launching their now infamous label ‘In Dust We Trust’ with best friend Jon Sable. With the pair releasing a steady stream of much sought after 12 inches of high-quality house music in their unique style over the past decade.
Having since conquered the world’s most revered clubs and festivals, and two stellar sold out shows earlier this year in Auckland and Wellington, the duo will return this summer to Auckland once again for a unique dance-inducing event at Auckland Town Hall.
