Viaduct Harbour’s new pop up viewing deck is a great spot to catch all the racing action this summer. Located in Market Square, Upper Deck is open daily and features a big screen, plenty of seating and shade to enjoy the racing. Relax on a beanbag or couch under the umbrellas and watch the teams go head to head on the big screen (at COVID-19 alert level 1 only).
On non-race days, catch a highlights reel of Viaduct Harbour videos featuring Emirates Team New Zealand sailors Peter Burling and Blair Tuke, NZ sailor Bianca Cook and the NZ Ocean Racing team, @EATLITFOOD, People of the Viaduct, Viaduct Harbour Compost content, throwbacks to previous year’s Bright Nights and Pride celebrations and more.
Plus, Upper Deck makes for a great space to sit during your lunch break - grab a bite from one of the delicious eateries in the area and kick back in the bean bags for a relaxing lunch hour by the sea.
