Check out our delicious list of restaurants perfect for a spring fling in the central city.

Federal Street
You can't go past SKYCITY's illustrious dining precinct. With a long list of world class restaurants like The Grill by Sean Connolly, MASU by Nic Watt, Depot by Al Brown, The Sugar Club and more whatever you pick you're in for an exciting night of dining.

Odettes
Take advantage of the fresh spring air and dine outside at this gorgeous City Works Depot café, bar and restaurant. It's hard to believe this restaurant only opened in 2014 - we can't imagine the central city without this haven for sumptuous middle eastern inspired cuisine.
Try: The Ora King Salmon with smoked eggplant, pistachio dressing and lollo rosso

The Grove
Since its doors opened in 2004, The Grove has secured itself as one of Auckland’s top restaurants with a unique approach to both food and service. Owners Michael and Annette Dearth have gained outstanding recognition for the creation of this fine dining oasis at St. Patrick's Square.
Try: Chef Menu Mondays - for $65 you can dig into a delicious 5-course degustation from Head Chef Ben Bayly

Ostro Bar and Brasserie
Not only do you get incredible dining and drinks at this stunning Britomart restaurant from Michelin Star Chef Josh Emett, you're also treated to one of the best views of Auckland's waterfront.
Try: Cocktails with waterfront views and the impeccable Ostro Sunday Roast

Soul Bar & Bistro
Equal parts elegant and fun; Soul achieves the impossible - to be all things to all people. Feeding souls with relaxed cocktails, business lunches, romantic dinners, or a vibrant night out - Soul offers it all. With a recent revamp there's never been a better time to dine at this perfect waterside eatery.
Try: Something from the fresh oyster menu followed by the pork belly schnitzel - it's the stuff of legends

Vivace
We absolutely love Vivace - not just for their fabulous Italian and Mediterranean dining but for their incredibly warm hospitality. It's so easy to become a regular at this High Street dining institution.
Try: This is a big and beautiful menu so it's difficult to choose - all we can say is don't forget to add a side of goats cheese and mozzarella balls to your order - they're heavenly
