GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS AND GIVEWAYS

  1. Only one entry per person.
  2. Heart of the City will not share entrants' contact details and personal information with any third parties but may share insights from the survey. 
  3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  4. Prize is a $200 voucher from one city centre retailer or restaurant of the winner’s choice. 
  5. To be eligible for the prize, entrants must complete the survey and provide their contact details in Question 10. 
  6. The winner of each monthly draw will be randomly drawn on the 1st day of each month. 
  7. Winner will be notified via email or via direct message on social.
  8. The winner must reply within 24 hours to maintain eligibility.
  9. Heart of the City reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
