This Easter long weekend, grab your friends and head to a special edition of Morning People — held inside New Zealand’s newest indoor light festival, Dreamer, and completely free.
Kick off the morning with a high‑energy dancefloor session featuring legendary NZ DJ and producer Dick Johnson, before the festival opens to the public. After the set, enjoy exclusive early access to Dreamer and wander through the glowing installations before anyone else.
Because it’s a public holiday, things run a little longer:
7.30AM – 9AM: Dick Johnson on the decks
9AM – 9.30AM: Explore Dreamer’s immersive light worlds
Expect Morning People’s signature sweat, smiles, and dancefloor magic — this time surrounded by dazzling installations inside the brand‑new New Zealand International Convention Centre.
This edition is whānau‑friendly, so bring the kids for a morning boogie and a first look at Dreamer. Complimentary fruit and water will be available, with barista coffee for purchase.
Prepare for sweat, spontaneous grins, wild dance moves, and maybe even some fabulous pyjamas.
Alcohol‑free. Dress to sweat.
