Expect a thoughtfully curated selection that journeys from Sri Lanka, India and Hong Kong,
brought together in Bellini Bar. Highlights include Hong Kong-Style coconut tart, Indian Chikki-inspired peanut brittle brownie with vanilla cream, Sri Lankan mutton curry buns and spiced oyster fritters.
