Well, Sam is coming back to Homeland to teach a class celebrating Lunar New Year!
The Year of the Dragon is all about the renewal of strength, luck, and abundance – and dumplings represent luck, wealth, and togetherness. What better way to kick off a great year ahead!
He will be teaching two different types of dumplings from scratch, using his amazing homemade wrapper recipe. There will also be a delicious drink from the book and a whole lot of hilarity guaranteed.

Due to ingredient, preparation, and labor costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of four days prior to the booking, or payment becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please try to have your friends take your place.
