Silo Park is celebrating Pride with an awesome LGBT+ market and a free screening of the hit movie Rocketman!
QUEER AF and Silo Park are very excited to announce the Pride edition of Auckland’s only LGBT+ focused night market & free outdoor cinema!
From 5pm, head down to Silo Park and visit The Queers and Wares markets. There will be a range of stalls selling arts and crafts, earrings, prints, photography, candles, zines, clothing, as well as information booths on lgbt+ centred issues, a pop-up hairdresser/barber on-site, DJ’s and so much more!
There will also be a special live performance by COVEN before the screening of Rocketman at 9pm.
Rocketman* is an epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John’s breakthrough years. The film follows the fantastical journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into international superstar Elton John.
