These Montreal-style bagels are deliberately manhandled – hand rolled and cut, then simmered in sweet honey water. They're then shoved into a custom-made, Manuka-fired stone oven, toasted and served piled with your choice of classic and inventive toppings. There's even a gluten free option, and a chocolate bagel for the sweet tooth.
