This generously appointed garden bar is the ideal place to ease back, tall, cool drink in hand, and while away many a pleasurable hour. It’s the largest courtyard bar in New Zealand, a stylish landscaped and canopied space amply furnished with cushioned banquettes and antique furniture.
There’s a private putting green, a pétanque court and bartenders in vintage sports outfits. The kitchen and marble-slab bar, housed in steel shipping containers, serves up a delicious Kiwi kitsch style menu.
Two giant HD screens show live sport and old movies and there’s regular live entertainment from some of Auckland’s best bands and DJs.
