This Restaurant Month join IMA Cuisine for 'Old Favourites Not Forgotten' an outstanding dinner feast of traditional Middle Eastern eats! For three nights only this August, IMA will be serving a special five-course menu showcasing beloved dishes from their past menus as well as a selection of other classic Middle Eastern dishes.
Many years ago, a few dishes were taken off IMA's menus when they transitioned to their current family-style sharing menu and this August they're bringing them back. Whether you recall and miss old favorites or never had the chance to experience them, now is the perfect opportunity to savor them all!
Menu:
- Stuffed vegetables
- Brik (crispy homemade warqa pastry stuffed with fresh tuna and runny egg yolk). Vegetarian option available on request.
- Chraime (fish served in a spicy tomato sauce) served with mini challah. Vegetarian option available on request.
- Maqluba (a layered crispy rice dish with lamb and vegetables) served with fresh chopped salad. Vegetarian option available on request.
- Middle Eastern dessert platters - a selection of small bites served with your choice of Arab mint tea or Arab coffee
