Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat has reimagined the very first afternoon tea that Park Hyatt's launched with, creating a new high tea menu exclusively for the month of September. As a nod to their beginnings, this refreshed experience features elegant sweet and savoury creations with a contemporary twist. Available Thursdays to Sundays from 12 - 3.30pm and enjoy live music every Sunday from 12pm.
