COVID-19 update:

A note from Opera on the Harbour: "It is with huge disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Opera on the Harbour due to New Zealand being in the red traffic light setting for at least the next few weeks, as outlined by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on Sunday. Ticket holders will be offered a full refund and will be contacted directly about this.  We will be in touch with further updates as and when we have more information to share.

New Zealand Opera’s General Director Thomas de Mallet Burgess says, “The past two years have seen multiple postponements and cancellations across the performing arts and events industries. It has been an incredibly tough time for everyone involved in putting on live performances, and we acknowledge how hard it is. Our creative spirits have been tested to the limit, but the health and wellbeing of our people and our audiences is our absolute priority. We look forward to better times soon.”

We thank you for your understanding at this time"
