Silo Park and Milk & Honey are joining forces for this March edition of Silo Sessions to celebrate International Women’s Day 2020!
Following an outstanding debut year in 2019, Milk & Honey has returned to curate a stage for this FREE all ages outdoor gig at Auckland’s inner city oasis, Silo Park.
The event will feature a huge lineup of female and non-binary artists & food trucks, plus games and the Silo Park bar from 12pm - 6pm.
The 2020 lineup will see hip-hop queen JessB, indie couple She's So Rad, drum’n’bass boss MC Tali, dreamy electronic duo Imugi, r’n’b power house Disciple Pati and some of the best performers from Girls Rock Aotearoa take to the Silo Park stage live and for free.
DJ's Phoebe Falconer, Lil Bok Choy aka Eva Choy are also part of the line-up alongside a debut performance of the DJ duo The Gingham Twins aka Charlotte Ryan (RNZ) and Alice Murray.
There will also be delicious eats on offer, also led by women, including Choice Blocks by Alana Horncy (real fruit handmade ice pops and Lets Brezel (German baked treats) by mother and daughter duo Claudia and Gala. Other food trucks include Israeli street food specialist, Carmel, organic popcorn artists Organic Knowledge, wood-fire and grill specialists Mediterranean Bites, North American bakers mother and daughter combo The Pie Piper and coffee warriors Samaori Coffee.
