Homeland has several Indian staff who love sharing the flavours of their part of the world. Excitingly Peter and Al have convinced them to share them with you too – and what better time than just before Diwali?

Di, Homeland's bar manager will demonstrate a mango lassi based cocktail on arrival, then head chef Dinesh will teach you how to make marinated lamb cutlets and coconut yoghurt raita plus chickpea paneer curry, cumin basmati rice, kachumber salad and saffron spiced coconut rice kheer. It will be a feast of Indian flavours, not to be missed.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring containers from home in case of leftovers. The benches take six people so come as a group or meet some new people on the day.
