Available throughout December and January in the Living Room, their special Valrhona menu will be available simultaneously in two countries, creating a trans-Tasman culinary experience that promises an unparalleled celebration of indulgence and innovation.

Unveiling an exclusive menu, the collaborative efforts of Valrhona's master chocolatier, Guillaume Lopvet, along with Callum Liddicoat from Park Hyatt Auckland, celebrate the storied heritage of Valrhona, seamlessly weaving in the timeless elegance that each Park Hyatt property embodies. This unique cross-property experience invites guests to immerse themselves in the decadent world of Valrhona's exquisite chocolate, while experiencing the sophisticated, festive charm that both Park Hyatt Auckland and Park Hyatt Sydney are renowned for.
