Join Peter Gordon for a special Matariki cooking class!

Peter will teach you a lunch dish that he feels is symbolic of our nation’s evolving cuisine from the last 800 years.  A one-pot dish of green-shell mussels, hāngi pork, kūmara, kārengo seaweed, Pacific coconut cream and Sauvignon Blanc.

You’ll also make fry bread and help it along with a glass of wine.

The Homeland benches take six people, so come as a group or meet some new people on the day. This one will be a world of fun
