FISH Restaurant's new menu and ethos

Planning a fine-dining meal out to celebrate a special occasion, or just the end of a period of isolation perhaps? Look no further than FISH, perched inside The Hilton Auckland overlooking the glistening Waitemata Harbour. With a new menu curated by Des Harris, the multi-award winning chef and Culinary Director at the Hilton, alongside new Executive Chef Josh Seeds, there's a whole lot of ''wow'' to experience. Together the pair have come up with a menu that focuses on locally sourced, seasonal produce and ethically caught seafood from local farms, growers and suppliers. With an ethos of "tomorrow's fish is still in the sea" you can enjoy delectably fresh dishes like Blackfoot Paua fritters, grilled crayfish tail, and deep sea fish with smoked eel butter, knowing ethics and sustainability are at the forefront besides unmatched quality.

Here’s a fun new addition to the heart of the city, boozy ice creams from Hawte! Hawte Ice Cream is a micro ice cream factory on Chancery Street, offering milkshakes, soda pops, and of course boozy ice creams using real liquor. The flavours are always changing and they are made daily. There's even the option of custom and quirky flavours for adventurous customers -  think flavours like maple bacon, a 3 cheese pizza, and charcoal and caramel!
