Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei celebrates Matariki with a pop-up art gallery in Te Tōangaroa in Te Pokapū o Tāmaki.
See curated Toi Māori, both traditional and contemporary, from our whānau for two weeks during Matariki.
The people of Tāmaki and manuhiri (visitors) are invited to view, enjoy and purchase taonga created by the tangata whenua of Tāmaki.
There will be interactive sessions throughout the two weeks including demonstrations and kōrero with creatives.
