Auckland Live are bringing Christmas cheer to Aotea Square this December with a festive programme of free, whānau-friendly performances and experiences.

From vintage tunes with The Madeleines and Brass Moments with Maamaloa Brass Band to festive carols with the GALS – Rainbow Choir and Christmas classics with National Youth Theatre, there’s so much to warm even the Grinch’s festive spirit! But wait, that’s not all. Sing your heart out at Christmas Karaoke, grab some popcorn and enjoy a screening of Home Alone on an outdoor cinema, impress the whānau with your awesome Ukelele skills, and get your competition face on for an epic game of Bounce Scape on the Auckland Live Digital Stage

Plus, you can’t miss the annual family photo in front of the 12-metre-high Christmas Tree. Have a game of giant chess or Connect Four, let your curiosity go wild with the imagination playground, unwind in a beanbag or deck chair, and enjoy some treats from the Container in the Square.
