Staying in town this Easter long weekend? Don’t worry, the city has loads to offer and we have rounded up a selection of events and activities for every taste.

From Easter high tea and a huge car boot sale (without the cars) to a pop-up gin garden and art installations, great times are guaranteed.

Rising rock’ n’ roll stars Racing are doing a special Easter midnight show at Cassette Nine. DJ's Caston Major and Tony M will be opening, with a closing set from Sal Valentine himself.

Easter Sunday Brunch at Grand Mercure Auckland
