Hot Yoga Works - Virtual Yoga Classes
To help you maintain your wellbeing in a safe environment, Hot Yoga Works are doing virtual classes! This week book in for virtual Hot Yoga or HIIT Pilates via Zoom at either 4pm or 5:30pm (or a 10am class on Saturday) for an hour long class with the incredible teachers from Hot Yoga Works.

Auckland Yoga Academy - Practice mindfulness and yoga in your living room
The Auckland Yoga Academy also offer online classes. Head to their website to grab yourself a spot in their zoom Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes with teacher Hui Zhang. These classes are suitable for both beginner and more advanced students, utilising simple props that you can find around the home - poses can be modified for any props you cannot find at home.

Les Mills - Keep fit with a home workout
Everyday, Les Mills and TVNZ will be bringing an at home workout to our TV screens. At 10am each weekday the free-to-air workouts will range from high-intensity training to stretching and meditation. If you can’t tune in to the TV at 10am, don’t worry, the workouts will be available on TVNZ OnDemand – no excuses now to skip your daily workout.

Academy Cinemas – Stay entertained with Academy on demand service
Missing going to Academy Cinemas? Well they’ve found a way to make your home your own cinema away from Academy! Cue Academy Cinema's Academy on Demand service where you can rent new releases or classic titles from them, with a rotating selection for $5 Wednesdays.

Gus Fisher Gallery - Good Morning, Good Morning
Sign up for daily free morning messages from artist Jing Cheng Zhao for one week. Inspired by customised morning call services available on major Chinese online shopping website TaoBao, Jing will greet you with messages every morning. Jing recently completed her BFA(Hon) at The University of Auckland. Her work centres on capturing the lyrical dialogue between the rapidly evolving inner and outer landscape through site-specific work.
